CANCELLATION POLICY/REDEEMING VOUCHERS
Free cancellation over a 24 hours period, given notice.
The appointment is charged full fee for any no-shows, interruption of the appointment and 12 hours or less notice before the appointment.
A 50% cancellation fee (of the appointment charge) is required within 24 to 12 hours from the session start time.
Vouchers and loyalty card massages must be redeemed within ONE YEAR of issue date (expiry date). In case of public holiday or the studio being closed on the day of the expiry date, the voucher must be used before the expiry date.
Vouchers and concession cards are PERSONAL and cannot be exchanged. No refunds are issued in case of unclaimed massages.
